The project required an easy visualization of the standards that describe the performance that the Sales Team must perform in each channel to achieve an excellent execution. Our experience for brands like Frigo in making the perfect store “The Perfect Store” visible gave us access to this ambitious project. So together with them we have worked on the definition, construction of content and design of all Standards for On-Trade and Off-Trade. It is a flexible and adaptable tool to sales force devices.
