Sephora. Loyalty strategy & content
Design of the key materials for Sephora and the brands it distributes, with the main goal of building customer loyaltywhile preserving the consistency of each brand’s identity.
Projects were developed in close collaboration with the company’s CRM team: newsletters, landing pages, rich SMS, loyalty-card packs, and more.
We also created category-specific materials for luxury brands: mailings, promotions and channel launches (e-mailing, bi-folds, tri-folds) for Dior, Chanel, Paco Rabanne, Prada, Guerlain, among others.
During 5 years we have designed and programmed: more than 700 Newsletters, 38 Landings and Microsites.
